Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and contain all items originally included in the box. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us on the website chat or at sales@bbqboards.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a discounted return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your return amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted and only shipped back to you at your expense.
All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and that amount will be deducted from your return amount in addition to the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed upon.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or any item with a factory seal to prevent contamination that has been broken (such as BBQ Board Balm products, shrink wrap on boards, etc.). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Wood is a product of nature therefore, we do not accept exchanges for deviations in the wood coloration, grain pattern or any other natural occurrence outside of our control.
If an incorrect product was ordered mistakenly the fastest way to ensure you get what you wanted is to Contact Us as we handle these situations on a case by case basis.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (typically within 7 days of receiving the return). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
