This board is what we needed. We've used it for a huge brisket, a few whole chickens, 20 burgers, a few racks of pork ribs, 6 steaks, a whole 50lb pig, etc. The juice groove is so wide and deep it has never spilled over the side of board like all of the other boards we've had before would have. Love it!
